The Skalatones se formaron en Suecia en 1995, la mayoria de sus integrantes venían de la escena Punk Rock pero giraron totalmente su música al Ska y más aún cuando recibieron una llamada telefónica del legendario Charley Anderson(ex bajista de The Selecter) para montarse en taríma con la banda, tanto fué el buen feeling que lograron que terminó por quedar como miembro oficial de The Skalatones dando un gran aporte con sus composiciones y su presencia en escenario.Este álbum "The Best Tracks So Far" es una compilación editada por la disquera alemana Pork Pie que contiene temas de sus 2 EP's y de su primer disco "Public Demand" ademas de algunos temas inéditos
